What is Tumbling?

Tumbling is a high-energy gymnastic sport that combines acrobatic skills, speed, and precision. Performed on a spring runway, athletes execute a series of powerful, controlled flips, twists, and somersaults in rapid succession. Unlike traditional gymnastics, tumbling focuses on floor routines without the use of apparatus. It requires immense strength, balance, and agility, making it an exciting discipline to watch and participate in, suitable for athletes of all ages who enjoy dynamic movement and aerial stunts.
